New product categorization

Comprehensive, logical, consistent
Bossard offers more than 1 million different fasteners and functional elements - and the number is growing. And there are more and more... In order to be able to depict this comprehensive range clearly and simply in the future, we have re-categorized our products.
Why a new product categorization?
In recent years, our product range has grown rapidly with the addition of new products and entire product ranges such as "Operating and Control Elements" and "Electrical Products". Bossard's numerous innovations for our ecosyn and FASTEKS product lines, as well as those of our brand partners, have also caused our range to grow permanently.
These additions and expansions have pushed our previous product categorization to its limits. With the new system, we are making our product solutions fit for the future.
The new product categorization has already been implemented on our new website with integrated e-shop. Step by step, we will also implement this system in all other systems.
The advantages of the new product categorization:
- simple and logical:
from now on, you will find products of the same technology in the same group (e.g. screws or rivets) and no longer separated by material (steel, plastic, INOX).
- consistent:
the new structure will be identical globally in all systems.
- comprehensive and future-proof:
all products are now logically systematized. Future additions to the range can also be added to the new structure.
- always up to date:
thanks to digital product range maintenance, you will always find the current range in the E-Shop.
